$40	Family Rate
$35	Couples Rate
$20	Annual Membership (per person - renewed annually)
$40	Youthtime Membership (expires when youth reaches age 18)
$10	Youth Annual Membership (per person - renewed annually)

Foreign country rate - same fees as U.S. rates (U.S. funds) + a $15.00 annual postage fee in U.S. funds on each different rate
